Meet Connecticut Attorneys, Victoria Ferrara & Jeremy Hayden
Victoria T. Ferrara
Attorney Victoria Ferrara has practiced in the courts of Connecticut and New York for the past twenty years. Throughout her career, Victoria has represented clients in divorce, legal separation and child custody matters, and has litigated numerous personal injury and business contract cases.
The U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut has recognized Victoria’s mediation abilities by appointing her as a Special Master for Federal Court case mediation.
Jeremy F. Hayden
When clients think of Jeremy Hayden, they think of someone dedicated to success. Recently selected by Connecticut Law Tribune as one of Connecticut’s under 40 “New Leaders in the Law,” Jeremy practices primarily in the areas of real estate, commercial litigation, personal injury, land use, small business representation, landlord/tenant,, corporate, family, and appellate law. Jeremy consistently recovers damages on behalf of clients who have sustained personal injuries as a result of others’ negligence, and represents both secured and unsecured commercial creditors and debtors in collection matters.
He has been a speaker at several public interest seminars, including “Real Estate 101″ for the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, “Teen Driving – Legal Updates” at Fairfield Warde High School, and has been a guest speaker at Norwalk Community College, Jeremy received his B.A. cum laude from the University of Connecticut and his law degree magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law where he served as Publications Editor for Law Review. He volunteers his time locally in the Town of Monroe where he resides with his family and serves as Chairman of the Monroe Inland Wetlands Commission.
